These cookies are paleo-friendly, gluten-free, grain-free, and they can be made vegan and nut-free too, which means that ALL people can have their life changed by this recipe, including those with food allergies or aversions!

Mix together your almond flour, tahini, collagen peptides, maple syrup, and chocolate chips, in a medium-sized bowl.


Then, once the dough is thick, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Do not skip this!


Once the dough is done chilling, remove from the fridge and mix in the egg and the baking soda


Form the dough into 16 cookies, and bake at 350 for 10-11 minutes. Then, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, let cool, and enjoy!
