What You Need to Make These Real Deal Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Heat your milk until its lukewarm and mix it in a stand mixer with your yeast and sugar. Let sit for 10-12 minutes until the yeast develops.

01

Then, add in your butter, salt, and bread flour until a dough forms. Once you have a dough, use a dough hook to knead it for 4-5 minutes.

02

Add your dough to a greased bowl and cover it with a moistened towel. Let it sit for an hour to rise, then place it onto a floured surface and roll out into a 15 x 9 rectangle.

03

Spread softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon across the dough. Then, roll the dough tightly into a log, and use floss to slice it into pinwheels.

04

Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread out your pinwheels across it. Then, cover them with a moistened towel and let them sit for another 20 minutes.

05

Bake your cinnamon rolls at 350 for 20-25 minutes. While they're baking, prepare the frosting by adding your cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla to a stand mixer. Cream them together.

06

Once your cinnamon rolls are done, let them fully cool, then frost. Eat, and enjoy!
