Spray a mug with non-stick spray of choice and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Next, add the wet ingredients and whisk together well.
The batter should be thick, but not too thick, and if it is too thick, add a touch more almond milk.
Transfer the batter into the mug.
Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon and sugar on top, and then take the back of a utensil and make a swirl.
Microwave for 60 seconds. If using oven, bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
Make the glaze, by adding the powdered sugar and water to a small bowl, and mixing until there are no clumps.
Once the mug cake is cool - or relatively cool - drizzle the glaze on top.
