Tahini Chocolate Chip Latte

If you love a creamy and delicious cup of morning coffee, then this tahini chocolate chip latte may just become your go-to! Think of it as a rich mocha, mixed with the slightly-salty taste of tahini, for an extra-creamy drink that can't be beat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee, hot 
  • 2/3 cup non dairy milk of choice, hot
  • 1/3 cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients, and blend for 1-2 minutes, until the latte is completely smooth. 
  • Sprinkle with extra cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
