Add the flour to one small bowl.
Add the egg to another bowl and whisk well.
Add the coconut sugar and crushed graham crackers to a third bowl and mix together well.
Dip each apple slice first in the flour, then into the egg, and then into the graham cracker mixture, making sure to coat both sides well.
Line up the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
Turn heat to 375 and air fry for five minutes.
Open and flip to the other side and air fry for another two minutes.
