CRUNCHY GRAHAM CRACKER APPLE SLICES

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, sliced⁣
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour⁣
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar⁣
  • 1 egg, whisked⁣
  • 3 gluten free graham cracker sheets, crushed⁣

Instructions

  • Add the flour to one small bowl. 
  • Add the egg to another bowl and whisk well. 
  • Add the coconut sugar and crushed graham crackers to a third bowl and mix together well. 
  • Dip each apple slice first in the flour, then into the egg, and then into the graham cracker mixture, making sure to coat both sides well. 
  • Line up the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer. 
  • Turn heat to 375 and air fry for five minutes.
  • Open and flip to the other side and air fry for another two minutes. 
  • Enjoy!
