The creamiest and most delicious pecan pumpkin latte around town. If there's one thing that will get you in the mood for the upcoming holidays, it's this drink!
- 3/4 cup black coffee, hot
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk of choice, hot
- 3 tablespoons pecans
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Make sure your coffee and milk are hot.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and turn on high for about one minute or so, until nice and frothy.
Make sure the top of your blender is on tight so it doesn't fly off. Speaking from experience!
