PALEO CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
  • Then fold in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form 10 cookies. Make sure to spread them out because the dough spreads in the oven.
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake 12-13 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
    They will flatten out some more and get a little more crunchy!
