Welcome to the easiest, healthy snack of your life... my Honey Granola Protein Yogurt Bark is the real deal. With only three main ingredients and four steps, this is quite possibly one of my easiest recipes ever, and doesn't skimp out on the flavor. If you're looking for something quick, easy, and packed with protein- oh, and not to mention, that's also gluten-free and refined sugar-free, then you've come to the right place.

  • 3 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Honey
  • 3 Scoops Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 3/4 Cup Granola
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

  • Mix the yogurt, collagen, and honey together in a small bowl.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture over the top, being sure to spread it out evenly.
  • Spread your granola and chia seeds evenly over the yogurt, as well as any other toppings you are using.
  • Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight, until solid.
  • Using your hands or a rolling pin, break the bark into smaller pieces.
