Dairy - free / vegan - gluten-free


Start by preparing the dressing; whisk all of your dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Then, wash the kale and cabbage and add it to another bowl.


Add a teaspoon of salt to the bowl and massage the kale. Then, add the rest of the salad ingredients into the bowl.


Finally, add the dressing and parmesan cheese and toss to fully combine! 


Serve immediately and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
