What You Need to Make These Frozen Chocolate Banana Pops
Start by peeling your bananas and slicing the bottoms off of each one. Then, place a popsicle stick in each one, about halfway through.
Next, line them up on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or plate, and freeze them for approximately 2 hours, or until they’re frozen.
Then, in a microwave-safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Microwave them together in 2 or 3, 30-second increments, being sure to stir the chocolate in-between.
Once the chocolate is fully melted, dip each frozen banana into the chocolate and then top with sprinkles as desired. Place the bananas back onto the baking sheet, and then freeze them until you’re ready to eat!
