If you love a sweet treat that comes together in mere minutes, then you are going to absolutely fall in-love with this recipe! My Chocolate Pomegranate Walnut Bark is a sweet, creamy, delicious treat that can be enjoyed any time of day. Made with only 5 simple ingredients, this bark is naturally grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan, for a delectable treat that anyone can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pomegranate Arils
  • ¾ Cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 Pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Start by adding your chocolate and coconut oil to a large bowl.
  • Microwave the bowl in 2-3, 30-second increments, until the chocolate is fully melted, being sure to stir in-between. You can also do this over the stove, using the double-boiler method, if preferred.
  • Then, add 3/4 of the pomegranate arils and 1/2 of the walnuts to the bowl with the chocolate, reserving the rest for later. Stir until they are fully incorporated with the chocolate.
  • Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate on top. Use a spoon to smooth out the chocolate.
  • Finally, sprinkle the remaining pomegranate arils and chopped walnuts on top of the chocolate.
  • Place your tray in the freezer for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
  • Once done, remove your bark from the freezer, break into pieces, and enjoy! Store any leftovers in a covered container, in the fridge, for up to one week.
