To prepare this creamy, spicy dip, start by preheating your oven to 400F and lightly greasing a baking dish.
In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, buffalo sauce, spinach (if using), and the cheddar cheese.
Mix well, until everything is evenly coated and combined and then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
