High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly spicy, this Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate party appetizer. Made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese for extra creaminess, it’s loaded with tender shredded chicken, melted cheddar, and a kick of buffalo sauce. Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Handful Spinach optional
  • Chives chopped
  • ½ Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips for dipping

Instructions

  • To prepare this creamy, spicy dip, start by preheating your oven to 400F and lightly greasing a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, buffalo sauce, spinach (if using), and the cheddar cheese.
  • Mix well, until everything is evenly coated and combined and then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven. Remove from the oven, top with chopped chives, and serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
