The ONLY holiday cocktail recipe that you need this year has finally arrived! That’s right, my Pomegranate Moscow Mules are a delicious, refreshing cocktail that is perfect for the holiday season. It’s bursting with fresh fruit and bright herbs for the ultimate cocktail recipe. Plus, this recipe can easily be made non-alcoholic, for a refreshing drink that everyone can enjoy!

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker I love this glass one!
  • 2 Moscow Mule Glasses These beautiful, copper glasses are the most authentic way to serve your Moscow Mules!

Ingredients

  • 4 Ounces Vodka
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ½ Blood Orange juiced
  • ¾ Cup Pomegranate Juice if making this recipe alcohol-free, simply omit the Vodka and use 1 full cup of pomegranate juice, instead.
  • 1 Splash Ginger Beer to top off; use extra if making this recipe alcohol-free

Instructions

  • Start by adding the Vodka, lime juice, blood orange juice, and pomegranate juice to a cocktail shaker, along with a handful of ice.
  • Next, place the cover on your shaker and shake it well, until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Next, grab your Moscow Mule glasses and fill them with tons of crushed ice. This is important, so make sure to use a lot of ice!
  • Finally, divide your cocktail equally amongst the two glasses and top them off with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with pomegranate arils, fresh mint, and/or blood orange slices, if desired, and enjoy!
