STRAWBERRY HAZELNUT BITES

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup hazelnuts (raw and unsalted)
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup (about 6) medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup powdered freeze dried strawberries (one bag)

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the freeze dried strawberries until a powder forms; dump into a bowl and set aside. In the same food processor, add the hazelnuts, almond butter, dates, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and about half of the powdered strawberry mixture.
  • Pulse on and off for a few minutes until a crumbly mixture is formed and you can form balls.
  • Form balls with your hands and place them on a plate. You should be able to get 12.
  • Sprinkle remaining strawberry powder on top and eat!
  • Store them in the fridge and enjoy as needed.
