Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper (spray pan with coconut oil first so that the parchment paper sticks).
Mix everything in one bowl, folding in the chocolate chips last.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. NOTE: when cooking or baking with with cbd, just make sure to choose foods that are not cooked above 350F (180C). Hotter temperatures than this can evaporate the cbd, which means you lose the wonderful benefits.XO
