Your new favorite Creamy Cinnamon Roll Smoothie that actually tastes like a cinnamon roll, in liquid form. This delicious smoothie serves 2, and it's packed with lots of nutrients to fuel your body

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower optional
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ cups almond milk plus more if needed to achieve desired consistency

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender for about 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are combined. You may have to a little more almond milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
