  • To make this latte, start by adding the monk fruit brown sugar, cinnamon, sugar-free vanilla syrup (if using), and honey to a mug or glass. Pour in the hot espresso (or strong coffee) and whisk vigorously for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is fully combined and a little frothy on top.
  • Next, add a handful of ice to the glass, then pour in your milk of choice. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up the foam too much.
  • Finally, top with crushed graham crackers and a Teddy Graham for that extra festive touch. Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately.
