    BACON WRAPPED BROCCOLINI

    Ingredients

    • 2 bunches organic broccolini
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 8 slices sugar-free bacon
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions 

    1. salt and pepper to taste
    2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Wash and dry broccolini well and trim ends. Pro tip: if it’s not dry, it will burn quickly!
    4. Add broccolini to a bowl and coat well with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Line uptake broccolini on the baking sheet and wrap tightly with the bacon.
    5. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked through.
    6. The broccolini should be nice and crisp! ENJOY!
