Ingredients
- ½ cup all purpose flour (or gluten free flour, I like Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup almond milk
Instructions
- In a blender, add all ingredients.
- Blend on high for 20 seconds.
- Heat a large pan on the stove over medium heat.
- Generously spray the pan with oil.
- Pour half the batter into the pan.
- After about two minutes, or when you start to see bubbles, flip to the other side, for another minute.
- Transfer to plate, respray the pan, and repeat with with remaining batter.
- I topped mine with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
