CREAMY COCONUT ALFREDO PASTA SAUCE - INGREDIENTS1 can full fat coconut milk 1/2 cup nutritional yeast4 cloves garlic, mashed2 tb coconut oil (use butter/ghee if not vegan because the flavor will be better)2 tb tapioca flour or arrowroot flour (as a thickener)juice of one lemon1 tsp sea salt2 tb Italian seasoning1/2 tsp black pepper

Got no cookies today, I just got tonight’s dinner for you instead. Pair this CREAMY COCONUT ALFREDO PASTA SAUCE with your favorite pasta! This time I used Papardelle because i was feeling like some thick noods and apparently gluten, but Greg made me make his with Banza (high maintenance hubby jkjk) and loved it, so any pasta will do! This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce, and it’s so good, you’ll probably just drink the sauce and forget about the pasta part all together. Maybe.

Can’t wait to try this! Do you suggest one box of banza? Serving size 3-4? 🙂

What is the reason for the yeast? Can I substitute it with something else?

Nutritional yeast is what gives it a CHEESY flavor; as a non dairy option. If you want to use cheese, you can definitely do that! Enjoy!

You can use low fat! The full fat just makes it much creamier! 🙂

This is by far the family favorite pasta. Made it for my meat loving husband, and my toddler and both loved it! This is a regular in our home.
