Okay guys, making your own DARK CHOCOLATE ALMOND BARK is pretty much THE easiest thing ever, I’ve decided! You can add anything you want to customize (next time I’ll add goji berries!) here’s how:
- 1 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup raw almonds, plus more to add on top
- ½ tsp maca (optional)
- ¼ cup nut butter of choice (for this one i used Georgia Grinders almond butter)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments until nice and creamy.
Add maca and almonds.
Pour extra almonds on top and then drizzle on the almond butter.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Break it up into pieces and enjoy! XO
