    HEALTHY CHICKEN NOODLE STIR FRY - INGREDIENTS1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips2 tb olive oil4 cloves garlic, mashed8-10 oz spaghetti noodles (I used Banza)2 cups broccoli florets1 bunch scallions, chopped2 tb sesame seeds1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tb coconut sugar1/2 cup coconut aminos2 tb sesame oil 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakesSalt and black pepper to taste

    HEALTHY CHICKEN NOODLE STIR FRY

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
    • 8-10 oz spaghetti noodles (I used Banza)
    • 2 cups broccoli florets
    • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • ½ tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
    • ½ cup coconut aminos
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    • salt and black pepper to taste

    Instructions 

    1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
    2. Toss in the broccoli about 5 minutes before the pasta is done cooking.
    3. Once done, drain and set aside.
    4. While pasta is cooking, get a medium bowl and whisk together the ginger, garlic, coconut sugar, coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and set aside.
    5. Next, heat a large skillet on the stove and add olive oil to generously coat the pan.
    6. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and add to pan, flipping to the other side after about 4 minutes or so.
    7. Add spaghetti & broccoli to the skillet, along with the sauce, and mix to coat everything well.
    8. Add scallions and sesame seeds, and salt & pepper to taste.
