
Ingredients
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, mashed
- 8-10 oz spaghetti noodles (I used Banza)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ½ cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Toss in the broccoli about 5 minutes before the pasta is done cooking.
- Once done, drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, get a medium bowl and whisk together the ginger, garlic, coconut sugar, coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and set aside.
- Next, heat a large skillet on the stove and add olive oil to generously coat the pan.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, and add to pan, flipping to the other side after about 4 minutes or so.
- Add spaghetti & broccoli to the skillet, along with the sauce, and mix to coat everything well.
- Add scallions and sesame seeds, and salt & pepper to taste.ENJOY!!!!!
