It’s been a longggg week, so Friday calls for an individual serving of my raw SALTED TAHINI CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH. It takes two seconds to make and it’s the perfect snack or dessert, not too sweet but just sweet enough.

  1. Had an evening sweet tooth and wanted something quick and bake free… and my goodness these hit the spot! I subbed the tahini for organic runny peanut butter (only because i don’t have tahini in my cabinet), and loved that there’s collagen in it too! I’m adding this to my list of favorites!

    • Yay! Rachel, I am so thrilled to hear that you loved this recipe! Thank you so much for making this recipe, and for leaving such a kind review!

This is the best cookie dough recipe!! I used sesame flour due to an allergy and HU chocolate chips!!! Best ever. Thank you!

I’ve made some other cookie dough recipes with chickpeas but this one has been, by far, the best! I used walnut butter instead of tahini (I just don’t care for the flavor) and oh my dang goodness. SO GOOD. Hit the spot for something sweet plus who can say no to getting in some extra protein?

    • Yay!! I’m so happy to hear that, Lou! Thanks so much for your amazing review, and also glad to hear that the walnut butter substitution was a hit!

  4. I was having a last minute craving for dessert, whipped this up in 2 min and it was everything I needed. Thank you, so so yummy!
