Stepping into the weekend with this quick and easy gluten free Strawberry Upside Down Cake, because it’s strawberry season and why. the. heck. not. Here’s how:
Preheat oven to 350.
Rub a 10 inch round pan with avocado oil.
Wash strawberries, cut into quarters, and place in a bowl.
Add arrowroot and coconut sugar and mix well.
Pour strawberries into the pan.
In the same bowl, prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
Pour batter over the strawberries and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before flipping it over.
Get ready for a perfectly lightly sweet, ooey gooey yummy cake, you’re welcome! XO
