Holiday Gift Guide 2019

Happy Holidays 2019! This is my first year putting together a holiday gift guide, so take a look around and enjoy! I included a mix of all my favorite things, in varying prices ranges. There’s something for everyone!
STOCKING STUFFERS
This little green tube of heaven has the ability to transform the driest of skin into the softest of skin, without that sticky feeling. I’ve gone through about 5 tubes so far and counting. Order one for everyone you know, because if you know, you KNOW. One of my secret tips is also to use it on my feet during the winter, because no one wants dry, cracked feet.

This book was recommended to me by relationship expert, Mark Groves, from @createthelove, and it has helped my relationship greatly. I highly recommend this book for anyone in your life that wants a deeper connection with their partner, and perhaps you two can read it together!
Because let’s face it, a tongue scraper is THE perfect stocking stuffer. If you haven’t been using one, you need to, and you need to get everyone else in your life on that train too. These copper ones are fantastic, and they are the key to good oral hygiene and fresh breath!
Benefit Eyebrow Shaper and Pencil
Because if you’ve seen my eyebrows, you know I take great pride in them, but I can’t do it alone. I have been using the Precisely, My Brow Pencil, Shape & Define, for a few years now, and I won’t change to anything else. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t make brows look too heavily penciled (natural is the way to go, ladies!). Makes a great stocking stuffer for all the ladies in your life!
I.e., the probiotic that has changed my life. This is a pricey little stocking stuffer, but once you get your hands on this, your digestive health will significantly improve (it truly is one of the best on the market, and I learned about it from my functional doctor who is the guru in all these things) . I save my money every month to buy this for myself, and I now have my entire family hooked. If I can go to the bathroom (#2), anyone can!
Holly’s Keeping It Real All-Natural Deodorant
It’s hard to find a non-toxic deodorant that actually works. I have been using Holly’s deodorant for over 3 years now and it’s the only natural deodorant that keeps me both dry and stink free. And by purchasing, you are supporting a small, female owned business, and the cutest mama!
Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Original Salt Blend
Okay, this is the world’s best kept secret. Jane’s Mixed Up Salt is a blend of salt, herbs and spices, onion and garlic, and there is something truly magical about this. My favorite way to use this is on top of avocado toast, but heck, I pour it on EVERYTHING. You’re welcome!

You use one version in the morning and one version at night, and I am loving this combo so much, I’ve gone through about 4 tubes so far over the past year! I love how it tastes and makes my mouth feel, but unlike many other natural and non-toxic brands, this one is LEGIT and not chalky at all. Some of those other ones simply gross me out! Not to mention, the tubes are pretty chic, too.

Because it’s that time of year where everyone and their mom is sick, and no, no, no, it ain’t happening to you. And we can ALL use some immune support no matter what time of year. Has changed my life forever, and I don’t know why it sat in my kitchen, in the box, for so long. The truth is, I was afraid to use it because I was afraid that it would explode in my face. Well I got over that fear, and NO! It won’t explode in your face, but it will make the best soups, meats, rice, and veggies that you’ve ever had in your life. They are also extremely easy to use, you won’t have to go reading pages and pages of instructions. P.S., I love this model.
Of course! My air fryer was, hands down, the best purchase that I made this year. You can cook almost anything in it, in minutes. I’ve made veggies, fish, fries, chicken wings, and the possibilities are endless. I get a lot of questions about which air fryer I have, so I’m linking it for you here. Paleo Sea Salt Chewy Caramels & All Natural Marshmallows from Sweet Apricity
For the love of God, discovering this small company after Thanksgiving was the best thing that happened to me this year. If you love those chewy caramels, you must order the sea salt caramels (and they are AIP and paleo friendly!). And for the love of God again, if you like marshmallows but are grossed out by the ingredients in store bought, you need these instead! I eat them straight from the bag, but I can’t wait to dunk them in some healthy hot chocolate this season!

Lululemon VELVET Align Leggings
Ok, so I live in leggings, and when people ask me which ones I wear, there is only ONE ANSWER: Lululemon Align leggings. They are high waisted and super duper flattering on everyone, and I have about ten pairs, no joke. My latest find are the black ones with the velvet on the side, talk about giving those basic black leggings a facelift! Note, I will be honest and tell you NOT to order the Align in light colors, because when you sweat, you will see vagina and butt sweat. So stick with black and the darker colors and your life will be changed.
The Boots that Everyone Asks Me About…The Shiloh Boots from Rag & Bone
I discovered these boots from one of my favorite bloggers, Mary Lawless Lee, from @happilygray, and I immediately bit the bullet and splurged on them. They are now all sold out on the Rag & Bone website, but not to worry, I found them for you here. They run true to size, and are legit cozier and comfier than some of the sneakers I own. I wear a 7.5-8 in shoes and the 7.5 fits perfectly, even with a thick sock.
I have been a MZ Wallace customer for several years now, and people reach out to me all the time asking what bag they should get, especially for their first piece. Hands down, I recommend the Medium Metro Tote. It fits a TON of stuff, but it’s not that big that it’s obnoxious. The Large size Metro Tote is awesome too, but I prefer that one for travel because it is BIG! The Medium Metro tote is comfortable to wear on the should no matter how much stuff you cram into it, and it packs nicely too because you can roll it up and stuff it anywhere. It also makes a perfect gym bag, and comes in all kinds of fun patterns.

I have two of these, one for each of my yoga mats (yes, I’m extra), and I love them because they are stylish of course, but also because there is a zipper on the side for you to put your keys, money, etc., No need to walk into the yoga studio with you entire purse in tow.
VINTNER’S DAUGHTER ACTIVE BOTANICAL SERUM
This product is gold standard of skincare, and if I was stranded on a desert island and could take one product with me, it would be my serum. It seems pricey at $185/pop, but it totally replaces the need for moisturizer, other serums, primers, etc., and I find that one bottle lasts me about 6 months because a little goes a long way. It smells like heaven and it feels incredible on your skin.
This is the second product in the Vintner’s Daughter line, and at first I was skeptical about it because of it’s apple cider vinegar smell, BUT I got used to it, and I use it before applying the serum, and WOW, the two best products I’ve ever used in my life. Ladies, take care and invest in your skin now, it pays off!
CLEANSING OIL + MAKEUP REMOVER FROM ONE LOVE ORGANICS
The only cleanser that I have purchased repeat bottles of, because it is THAT good. Apply it directly to your face (even with makeup on!), and use a warm washcloth to remove the make-up and cleanse the skin at the same time. I love that it doesn’t strip my face of natural oils, so the result is plump, clean, and moisturized skin.
EYE BALM FROM ONE LOVE ORGANICS,
the holy grail of eye creams, in a tiny container that lasts for several months. Like the cleanser I mentioned above, I am a repeat customer with this item.
