  • 6-8 Seedless Tangerines skins peeled and removed

Instructions

  • To make this sorbet, start by preparing the tangerines. Peel the tangerines and line them up on a baking sheet.
  • Transfer them to the freezer and allow them to freeze overnight.
  • Once the tangerines are frozen, remove them from the freezer and transfer the frozen slices to a food processor.
  • Process the tangerines until they are smooth and come together. At first, the mixture will be crumbly, but trust the process -- it will come together!
  • Once it's done, use an ice cream scoop to remove the sorbet from the food processor and scoop it into bowls.
  • Add chocolate shavings or your favorite toppings on top, then serve and enjoy!
