if you want those picture-perfect ice cream scoops, then this is the perfect tool to use!
- 6-8 Seedless Tangerines skins peeled and removed
To make this sorbet, start by preparing the tangerines. Peel the tangerines and line them up on a baking sheet.
Transfer them to the freezer and allow them to freeze overnight.
Once the tangerines are frozen, remove them from the freezer and transfer the frozen slices to a food processor.
Process the tangerines until they are smooth and come together. At first, the mixture will be crumbly, but trust the process -- it will come together!
Once it's done, use an ice cream scoop to remove the sorbet from the food processor and scoop it into bowls.
Add chocolate shavings or your favorite toppings on top, then serve and enjoy!
