Ingredients

  • 2 English Cucumbers diced
  • 1 Large Avocado diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro or Parsley chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic mashed
  • ¾ Teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Start by chopping and dicing your cucumber, avocado, cilantro, and parsley
  • Next, add them to a large bowl, alongside the rest of your ingredients
  • Toss to combine, then serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to one week.
