3 Zucchini sliced thin 3 Yellow Summer Squash sliced thin 1 Bunch Chives finely chopped 1 Bunch Green Onions sliced thin 1 Small Handful Fresh Basil ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese freshly shaved ¼ Cup Olive Oil 1 Lemon juiced 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
To make this salad, start by thinly slicing the zucchini, squash, chives, and green onion, and add them to a large bowl.
Next, add the basil leaves and shaved parmesan cheese into the bowl.
