Ingredients

  • 5 Lemons chopped; be sure to scrub and wash them well
  • 1 3-Inch Piece Ginger scrubbed and washed well
  • Cup Raw Honey
  • ½ Cup Coconut Water
  • Mint Tea steeped

Instructions

  • To make these medicine ball cubes, add the chopped lemons, ginger, raw honey, and coconut water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, transfer the blended mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze it overnight.
  • Once you're ready to make a medicine ball drink, start by preparing the mint tea. Steep the mint tea in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Then, add in two of the medicine ball cubes and stir until they're melted into the tea.
  • Add in more raw honey and a squeeze of lemon, if desired. Then, serve immediately and enjoy!
