If you haven't heard of the corn ribs craze yet, then get ready to have your world rocked. My Buffalo Corn Ribs are THE quintessential summertime snack, and are a plant-based twist on the ribs that you know and love. With corn in its peak season right now, this is the BEST time to make this recipe. I promise, it's going to be delicious!
- 2 heads Corn on the cob
- ½ cup Vegan Butter
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
First, cut your corn into 4 quarters.
Stand the corn up straight, hold it firmly and cut in half (from the top down). It might be a little difficult, but I have faith in you, you can do it! After you've cut the corn in half, lay the two pieces flat and slice once more, so that you have 4 pieces!
Repeat with the rest of your corn on the cob.
After that, coat your corn pieces in buffalo sauce.
Layy them in a single layer the air fryer and air fry at 400F for 10 minutes, flipping once half way through.
Pull them out of the air fryer, coat with more buffalo sauce, and eat...just like ribs!
Dip in your favorite sauce!
