My Chocolate Dipped Mango with Tajin is not only delicious, but it is also packed with health benefits, making this one of the best snacks you can eat. This has been my favorite snack as of lately, and I know that you're going to love it too!
- 12 Mango Cheeks aka dried mango slices
- ½ Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Tajin Seasoning
Start by combining your chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and melt the chocolate in 2, 30-second increments, being sure to stir in-between increments.
Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your mango cheeks / dried mango slices across them.
Take turns dipping each mango cheek into the chocolate, then place it back on the baking sheet.
Once all of the mango cheeks are dipped in the chocolate, sprinkle Tajin across each one.
Once done, place your baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate fully sets.
When the chocolate has set, remove them from the fridge and enjoy! These mango slices stay good in an airtight container, on the counter, for five days, or in the fridge for one week.
