If you are looking for the best smoothie you will ever drink (and I do not say that lightly), then look no further because my friends, this is IT! My Copycat Erewhon Maca Bomb Smoothie is my twist on the Los Angeles health store classic drink, but made at home for a fraction of the price! If you've been wanting to try Erewhon's infamous smoothies, but live outside of Los Angeles, then this is the recipe for you.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender I love my Vitamix blender, and will always recommend it!

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • ½ Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons Cacao Nibs
  • 2 Teaspoons Maca Powder
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¾ Cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend on high until they're fully combined.
  • If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated.
  • Once done, serve and enjoy! This recipe makes one large smoothie, or two normal-sized ones!
