DELICATA SQUASH FRIES

Ingredients

  • 1 delicata squash
  • avocado oil spray
  • salt + pepper

Instructions

  • If you have an air fryer: Slice one large Delicata squash into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  • Scoop out the inside (I use a round cookie cutter).
  • Spray with avocado oil spray.
  • Set at 400 for 13-15 minutes, shaking the basket half way through.
  • If you don't have an air fryer: Roast in the oven at 400 for 20-25, flipping once.
  • I then lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and served with ketchup!
