There is no better summer cocktail than the Aperol Spritz. A bubbly Italian cocktail, it's sweet, refreshing, and bursting with fresh citrus to cool you down on a warm summer day. This is my Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz - a delicious and fun twist on the classic Aperol Spritz. It's so easy to make and I know you're going to love it!
1 Blender
You already know that my Vitamix is my ride-or-die blender. It is my favorite kitchen gadget, and I use it every single day!
- 2 Cups Ice Cubes
- 4 Ounces Orange Juice
- 4 Ounces Aperol
- 4 Ounces Prosecco
To make this Frozen Aperol Spritz, start by adding all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender: the ice cubes, orange juice, Aperol, and Prosecco.
Blend for 30 seconds, until all of the ingredients have fully combined.
Once the ingredients have come together, divide the Frozen Aperol Spritz amongst two glasses.
Add a slice of orange to each one for garnishing, then serve and enjoy!
