There is no better summer cocktail than the Aperol Spritz. A bubbly Italian cocktail, it's sweet, refreshing, and bursting with fresh citrus to cool you down on a warm summer day.  This is my Easy Frozen Aperol Spritz - a delicious and fun twist on the classic Aperol Spritz. It's so easy to make and I know you're going to love it!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender You already know that my Vitamix is my ride-or-die blender. It is my favorite kitchen gadget, and I use it every single day!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Ice Cubes
  • 4 Ounces Orange Juice
  • 4 Ounces Aperol
  • 4 Ounces Prosecco

Instructions

  • To make this Frozen Aperol Spritz, start by adding all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender: the ice cubes, orange juice, Aperol, and Prosecco.
  • Blend for 30 seconds, until all of the ingredients have fully combined.
  • Once the ingredients have come together, divide the Frozen Aperol Spritz amongst two glasses.
  • Add a slice of orange to each one for garnishing, then serve and enjoy!
