But this summer, we're kicking our traditional Aperol Spritz up a notch. Introducing this Frozen Blended Strawberry Aperol Spritz - a creamy, fruity, frozen Aperol Spritz that you will absolutely love. It's full of fresh strawberries and juicy oranges for a summer drink that will truly delight the senses.
1 Blender
You already know that my Vitamix is my ride-or-die blender. It is my favorite kitchen gadget, and I use it every single day!
- 2 Cups Strawberries frozen
- 6 Ounces Aperol
- 2 Ounces Prosecco
- 2 Ounces Club Soda
- 1 Juicy Orange juiced - if your orange isn't super juicy, you may need two!
- 2 Cups Ice
- Orange Slices for garnishing
To make this drink, start by adding the strawberries and Aperol to a blender and blend until smooth.
Next, add in the Prosecco, club soda, orange juice, club soda, and ice, and blend again until smooth.
Finally, divide the drink between two tall glasses and garnish with a slice of fresh orange, if desired.
Then, serve and enjoy!
