Introducing my latest snack obsession. My Frozen Tajin Grapes are a sweet and tangy snack that is perfect for the warmer months! Plus, this recipe uses only four simple ingredients, and comes together in the freezer in just a few hours, making it the perfect, pre-ahead snack to keep you cool, all summer long!
- 1 Large Bunch Grapes you can use any variety of grapes in this recipe, but I especially love green grapes!
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 2 Tablespoons Tajin
Start by washing and drying your grapes, and placing them in a large bowl.
Next, add the juice of one lemon to the bowl, along with the monk fruit sweetener and Tajin.
Toss to fully combine, adjusting the sweetener and Tajin as desired.
Place your bowl in the freezer for a minimum of two hours, or overnight.
Once they're frozen, eat and enjoy! Store any remainders back in the freezer.
