Frozen Tajin Grapes

Introducing my latest snack obsession. My Frozen Tajin Grapes are a sweet and tangy snack that is perfect for the warmer months! Plus, this recipe uses only four simple ingredients, and comes together in the freezer in just a few hours, making it the perfect, pre-ahead snack to keep you cool, all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Bunch Grapes you can use any variety of grapes in this recipe, but I especially love green grapes!
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 Tablespoons Tajin

Instructions

  • Start by washing and drying your grapes, and placing them in a large bowl.
  • Next, add the juice of one lemon to the bowl, along with the monk fruit sweetener and Tajin.
  • Toss to fully combine, adjusting the sweetener and Tajin as desired.
  • Place your bowl in the freezer for a minimum of two hours, or overnight.
  • Once they're frozen, eat and enjoy! Store any remainders back in the freezer.
