  • ¾ Cup Fresh Strawberries⁣
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup

For the Smoothie:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ Banana
  • 2 Dates
  • ¼ Avocado
  • 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides

  • Once the glaze is done, transfer it into a glass and set it aside.
  • Next, rinse out the blender and dry it thoroughly before adding in the smoothie ingredients: the frozen strawberries, banana, dates, avocado, collagen peptides, and the milk.
