It's everything that you know and love about a traditional Caesar salad, but wrapped in a tortilla to fuel you with extra carbs to keep you full for longer. And my Healthy Chicken Caesar Wraps take this to the next level. These wraps are filled with tender chicken, crunchy lettuce, and a creamy homemade caesar dressing that is so delicious, you'll want to eat it with a spoon!
For the Wrap:
- 1 Burrito-Sized Tortilla of Choice
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- ¼ Cup Rotisserie Chicken this is approximately 4 ounces
- 3 Tablespoons Homemade Caesar Dressing See here for my recipe!
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
Start by preparing your homemade caesar dressing according to this recipe!
Next, grab your tortilla and warm it briefly on the stove, so it is soft and pliable.
Once your tortilla is warmed, place it onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Spread your caesar dressing across the tortilla, then top it with your romaine lettuce, rotisserie chicken, and lots of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Finally, roll up your wrap, using the parchment paper as a guide, serve, and enjoy!
