Looking for a simple yet festive way to spruce up your cocktails for the holiday season? Well, look no further because this is it! These Holiday Pomegranate Ice Cubes are a fun and flavorful way to take any cocktail recipe to the next level, without watering it down. They come together with only 4 ingredients, and can be completely customized to meet your holiday cocktail needs!
- ¾ Cup Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Orange chopped
- 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 1 ½ Cups Pomegranate Juice or try substituting with sweetened cranberry juice!
To make these ice cubes, simply start by chopping your oranges into small slices. You may also want to chop your rosemary into smaller sprigs as well.
Next, place your cranberries into the ice cube trays, along with your chopped oranges and rosemary.
Finally, fill each cavity of the ice cube tray to the top with pomegranate juice, then freeze them overnight.
Once they’re done, pop 3-4 of them into a glass along with some Prosecco (or beverage of choice), serve, and enjoy! Store any leftover cubes back in the freezer for up to three months.
