Equipment

Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Orange chopped
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 ½ Cups Pomegranate Juice or try substituting with sweetened cranberry juice!

Instructions

  • To make these ice cubes, simply start by chopping your oranges into small slices. You may also want to chop your rosemary into smaller sprigs as well.
  • Next, place your cranberries into the ice cube trays, along with your chopped oranges and rosemary.
  • Finally, fill each cavity of the ice cube tray to the top with pomegranate juice, then freeze them overnight.
  • Once they’re done, pop 3-4 of them into a glass along with some Prosecco (or beverage of choice), serve, and enjoy! Store any leftover cubes back in the freezer for up to three months.
