Did you know that there is a *right* way to clean your grapes? It's true! As grape season comes upon us, I'm excited to share exactly How to Properly Clean Your Grapes. This simple and easy kitchen "hack" will ensure that the dry, dull film comes right off, so that you can enjoy delicious, clean and SHINY grapes, every single time!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Grapes
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Baking Soda

Instructions

  • Start by filling a bowl with water and adding in 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. 
  • Mix until they fully combine with the water, then add in your grapes, making sure that they’re fully submerged in the water.
  • Let the grapes soak for approximately 5 minutes. 
  • Once they’re done soaking, use your hands to gently rub the grapes until the film slips off of them.
  • Finally, rinse them with water, dry them with a paper towel, and the enjoy! Store in the fridge for up to one week.
