This is the summer of hydration, especially with my Hydrating Watermelon Skin Glow Juice. This light and refreshing juice is packed with skin-healthy benefits, from the hydration of the watermelon and coconut water, to a pinch of sea salt, to the addition of one of my favorite beauty supplements: liquid collagen. This drink is truly magic in a glass, and is sure to leave you with glowing skin from the inside out, all summer long!
- 4 Cups Watermelon Juice this is approximately 6 cups of cubed watermelon
- ½ Cup Coconut Water
- ¼ Cup Liquid Collagen optional but highly recommended
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
To make this Skin Glow Juice, start by preparing the watermelon. Cube a fresh watermelon and add the cubes to a blender alongside the coconut water, liquid collagen (if using), lime juice, and sea salt.
Once the juice is fully blended, strain the pulp out of the mixture.
Then, transfer the juice to a jar.
Serve the juice over ice and enjoy! Store any leftovers back in the fridge for up to one week.
