A good-for-you smoothie that's loaded with juicy strawberries, creamy yogurt, and hearty oatmeal? Sign me up! This Strawberries 'N Cream Smoothie is perfect for a quick and filling breakfast, a sweet snack, or even a light and healthy dessert. Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for an extra boost, or follow my cue and add some collagen peptides for a sneaky boost of protein without the added flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅔ Cups Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond or Cashew Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¾ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Scoops Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  • Place all of your smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed.
  • If needed, you may want to use a spatula to scrap the ingredients down the sides of the blender, to ensure that everything is evenly blended.
  • Serve and enjoy!
