Start by preparing your filling ingredients: wash and chop all of your veggies into small pieces. If you’re using meat, pre-cook and chop your meat so that it will easily fit into the jars.
Next, divide your fillings equally amongst your four mason jars, making sure to fill the jars approximately halfway each.
Then, cover the jars and refrigerate them until you’re ready to eat.
When you’re ready to eat your omelettes, simply remove one of the jars from the fridge and lightly grease the inside with a little bit of oil.
Then, crack 1-2 eggs into the jar, place the cover back on, and shake the jar until the eggs are fully mixed with the omelette fillings.
Finally, remove the lid and place your jar into the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, until the egg is fully cooked, light, and fluffy.
Carefully remove the jar from the microwave, serve, and enjoy!
