As the weather gets warmer, there is no better way to celebrate the spring and summer seasons than with a delicious mimosa. Mimosas are a staple in my household when it comes to weekend brunch, and they're especially yummy when shared with friends and family over a holiday gathering, like Easter! This Ombré Tequila Mimosa is a fun and delightful twist on the typical mimosa recipe that's made with tequila, in addition to Prosecco, for a spiked twist that everyone 21+ will enjoy.
- 1 Ounce Tequila
- Champagne or Prosecco of choice
- 2 Ounces Orange Juice
- ½ Ounce Grenadine
- Fresh Raspberries optional-for garnishing
Start by adding your tequila, champagne, and orange juice to a glass
Top your drink off with the grenadine, then serve and enjoy! If you really want to take this drink to the next level, I recommend adding in a few raspberries to top it off!
