Preheat oven to 400.
Cut the sweet potatoes in half and then lengthwise, into 1/2 inch strips.
In a medium bowl, add the potatoes, salt, garlic powder, and sesame oil.
Make sure to coat the potatoes well.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, add the sweet potatoes in a single layer.
Bake for 22 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip them over once.
Bake for another 20-22 minutes. They should be slightly crispy on the outside.
If they are not, then turn on the broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute, watching carefully so they don't burn.
Remove from oven, pair with your guacamole, and DEVOUR.
