PALEO CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients
1
cup
almond butter
¾
cup
coconut sugar
1
egg
1
tsp
baking soda
1
cup
dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Then fold in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to form 10 cookies. Make sure to spread them out because the dough spreads in the oven.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake 12-13 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
They will flatten out some more and get a little more crunchy!
