PALEO MUG BROWNIE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp almond flour 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Grab a big mug! 
  • Whisk together the dry ingredients. 
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk. 
  • Pour liquid mixture into the mug and mix until fully incorporated. 
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 
  • Microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Add more chocolate chips, some more almond milk on top, and enjoy!!!
