This is my Ranch Protein Popcorn, and it's the perfect, quick, and easy high-protein snack that comes together in just 10 minutes. It's packed with 30 grams of protein, and is proof that eating healthy does not mean that you have to sacrifice your favorite snacks!
- 1 Bag Organic Microwave Popcorn
- Avocado Oil Spray
- ⅓ Cup Unflavored Collagen Powder or Protein Powder
- ¼ Cup Ranch Seasoning
To make this delicious, high-protein snack, start by preparing the popcorn. Cook the popcorn in the microwave, until it's popped.
Then, add the popped popcorn to a large bowl.
Spray the popcorn lightly with avocado oil spray, then add in the collagen powder or protein powder.
Cover the bowl with a plate and shake the popcorn to fully combine.
Then, remove the plate and sprinkle the ranch seasoning into the bowl.
Cover the bowl once more, shake until the ranch seasoning is fully combined with the popcorn, then remove the plate, serve, and enjoy!
