And these boozy Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Floats are fun, festive, and perfect for the springtime! Made with just a few simple ingredients, these floats are the perfect afternoon treat and take on a perfectly pink hue!
- 2-3 Scoops Raspberry Sorbet the size of your glass will determine how many scoops of sorbet will fit, but most glasses can accommodate 2-3 scoops!
- ½ Cup Fresh Rasbperries
- 6-8 Ounces Champagne or Prosecco filled to the top of the glass
Start by adding the raspberry sorbet to your glass of choice.
Next, add in the fresh raspberries.
Finally, pour the champagne, Prosecco, or non-alcoholic beverage of choice into the glass, filling it to the top.
Once it’s done, give it a stir, then serve and enjoy!
