And these boozy Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Floats are fun, festive, and perfect for the springtime! Made with just a few simple ingredients, these floats are the perfect afternoon treat and take on a perfectly pink hue!
As the weather starts to warm up, there is nothing I love more than enjoying a delicious cocktail outside. And with spring right around the corner, I am dreaming of all of the fun cocktails that come with this season. From my Spicy White Sangria to my Strawberry Aperol Spritz, there are no shortage of delicious, springtime cocktail recipes in my repertoire. And this Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Float may just be my new favorite!
This recipe was inspired by one of my dear friends, @bevsbybeverly. She is my go-to gal when it comes to all of the fun and festive cocktail recipes. So, when she posted her version of this Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Float, I knew that I had to recreate it. And friends, this is one recipe that tastes as good as it looks!
Now, the key to making this cocktail isn’t necessarily in using a specific ingredient or constructing it in a certain order – this is one of the simplest cocktail recipes you can make. The key to making this recipe is using the right glass. Trust me when I say that this drink tastes infinitely better when it’s served in a fun pink glass. These ones are my go-to, and I love the touch of pink that they add to this already-vibrant recipe!
When I say that it only takes three simple ingredients to bring these delicious floats to life, I mean it! It truly could not be any easier to bring this fun, springtime beverage to life, in a matter of seconds.
The best part about these floats is that they can easily be made alcohol-free! This is the perfect version to serve at a kid-friendly event, or anytime that you want a delicious and refreshing mocktail.
Simply swap out the champagne or Prosecco for a fun, non-alcoholic beverage, like a raspberry rose-flavored Poppi! This is my favorite substitution, as it has that light raspberry flavor that pairs perfectly with the fresh raspberries and sorbet (plus, it’s packed with probiotics for a healthy gut).
Or, if you want an easier option, you can also substitute out the champagne for classic club soda or sparkling water. Spindrift makes a raspberry sparkling water that would be delicious in this mocktail!
Making these floats truly could not be easier. Simply start with a fun glass, ideally one that’s pink: I love these glasses from Amazon, or these from CB2 as a fun option.
Next, add 2-3 scoops of raspberry sorbet to the glass, followed by the fresh raspberries. Finally, pour the champagne, Prosecco, or non-alcoholic beverage of choice into the glass, filling it to the top.
Once it’s done, give it a stir, then serve and enjoy!
